Vending

Kentucky State University proudly partners with a local vendor (VendPro) for providing snack/vending machine and Coca Cola® for drink/vending on campus.

Snack Machines are located throughout all of campus. Any problems or issues with the snack machines should be reported to aux.services@kysu.edu. Please include details regarding the issue such as location of the vending machine and a detailed description of the issue. Include photo if applicable.

Drink Machines are also located throughout all of campus.  Coke machines are operated by Coca Cola®. Their contact information is listed on the machines.  Please write-down the machine number and contact information listed on each machine and report any issues to aux.services@kysu.edu

Change Machines are located in the Carl M. Hill Student Center, near the cafeteria, and in the William H. Exum Center.  Any problems or issues with the change machines should be reported to aux.services@kysu.edu. Please include details regarding the issue such as location of the change machine and a detailed description of the issue. Include photo if applicable.

Laundry Machines* are located in every residence hall.  Residence Life/housing department charges a per semester fee for use of the machines.  Any problems or issues with the machines should be reported to the toll free service number listed on the machine and/or through the App.

T-Bucks: Students can opt to do online T-Buck deposits to their Thorobred ID card by visiting the following website located here. Friends and family can also make online T-Buck deposits if they have the correct and pertinent information regarding the student. To begin the process of making an online T-Buck deposit, follow these steps or scan the QR Code:

  • STEP 1: Enter your FIRST and LAST NAME
  • STEP 2: Enter PASSWORD – KSU followed by the student ID number – for example:  KSU12345678
  • STEP 3: Click REGISTER and enter your information – please include the official @KYSU school email address. Any issues with the online T-Buck depositing will require providing a copy of the emailed receipt for investigation. Ignore “Info is not recognized” message.

Continue with Steps 4 -9 and be sure to print and save the receipt.
