If you ever have any concerns related to fraud, abuse, theft, or a threat involving Kentucky State University, don’t keep it to yourself or feel no one will listen. Discuss it with the appropriate supervisory personnel. If no action is taken or if you just prefer to remain anonymous, you may report the activity through Kentucky State University’s “Tell It” Hotline (1-855-203-6657).
Kentucky State University’s “Tell It” Hotline was established to provide faculty, staff and students a way to confidentially report concerns of unethical conduct by Kentucky State University officials, employees, contractors and suppliers without fear of retribution.
Unethical or illegal activity can be reported to Kentucky State University’s “Tell It” Hotline 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling the following toll free number:

Your report will be taken by Security Voice, Inc., an independent provider of hotline services located in Dublin, OH. At no time will your identity be known if you choose to remain anonymous. Should you choose to provide your name, your identity may be subject to disclosure under Kentucky’s Open Records Laws.
Allegations of unethical conduct or illegal activity must involve a Kentucky State University employee, contractor, or supplier doing business with Kentucky State University. If conduct does not meet this requirement, it should not be reported through Kentucky State University’s “Tell It” Hotline. The hotline is intended for reporting of incidents in good faith, with no malicious intent.
In order for a report to be properly investigated, the following questions need to be answered:
- Who was involved in the alleged misconduct?
- How the alleged misconduct occurred?
- When the alleged misconduct occurred?
- Where the alleged misconduct occurred?
It is important to provide as much of this information as possible in order for the complaint to be actionable.
