Stronger by Degrees
Stronger by Degrees, Kentucky’s strategic agenda for post-secondary education, sets an ambitious goal that by 2030 sixty percent of Kentucky’s adult population will have earned a post-secondary degree or certificate of value. Achieving the goal will lead to increased job creation, a stronger economy, a more skilled, productive workforce and a population that enjoys better health and stronger communities.
The agenda focuses not only on the short-term actions necessary to address our most pressing challenges, but on long-term solutions as well. Guided by this Agenda, the post-secondary system is prepared to embrace this new day as an opportunity to build a more skilled and prosperous Commonwealth.
