Kentucky State University received grant to continue student support services

Kentucky State University recently received a federal grant from the U.S. Department of Education to continue its Student Support Services program.

According to the official letter of confirmation, the grant is renewed for an anticipated five years.

According to the notification, funds are awarded through a grant competition to institutions of higher education to provide opportunities for academic development, assist students with basic college requirements, and to motivate students toward the successful completion of their postsecondary education.
