COOPERATIVE EXTENSION BUILDING
The Cooperative Extension Building located on Kentucky State University’s main campus (400 East Main Street Frankfort, KY) is the primary office building for the Kentucky State University state-level extension staff. The building has a large conference room, a demonstration kitchen, and a state-of-the-art geographic information system (GIS) lab. This building also houses a fully HD studio that is utilized by the Kentucky State University Land Grant Program to promote Kentucky State University Extension and Research initiatives. The studio is also utilized by undergraduate students in the college’s Agriculture, Food, and Environment program Agriculture Communications track, providing them with hands-on experience using industry-grade technology.
