Kentucky State University president to co-host discussion on preparing for college at Bracktown

Kentucky State University President M. Christopher Brown II will participate in a virtual college preparedness seminar April 12 at 7 p.m. in conjunction with First Baptist Church Bracktown and the Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE). Participants may join via Zoom at https://kysu.zoom.us/j/94169457136.

President Brown will discuss scholarship opportunities, the college admissions cycle, dual enrollment, Pre-College Academy, admission requirements, the Thorobred Learning Center and career services. Thompson will discuss why higher education matters, FAFSA, Gear Up, KEES funding and Upward Bound.

Participants may interact and have their questions addressed via the chat function of the webinar or may submit questions in advance to contactus@bracktown.org

Join us April 12 to better understand how to prepare for college admissions.
