A Kentucky State University visiting assistant professor was recently offered a journal editor’s position for the International Journal of Doctoral Studies (IJDS).

Dr. Charles “Randy” Nichols was offered the position of associate editor for IJDS.

“Thank you for the excellent work you have contributed in your role as a reviewer,” Dr. Michael Jones, editor-in-chief of IJDS said. “After an extensive review of the work of our reviewers, I have concluded that you are amongst our best.”

Jones said accepting the position would signify that Nichols is a serious researcher who is knowledgeable, responsible and reliable.

“Based on your past work, I am convinced that you will be an excellent mentor to your fellow academics,” Jones said.
