Kentucky State University honored by visit and potential partnership with royalty

Kentucky State University hosted a special visitor during its State of the University Assembly recently.

His Majesty King Eze A.E. Chukwuemeka Eri, the Igbo King of Kings of Anambra State Nigeria was in attendance for the assembly.

The king expressed interest in forming a partnership with Kentucky State and its aquaculture program.

“I would like two or three members to attend Kentucky State to study aquaculture,” the king said.

The royal dynasty dates back to 1078 BC – descending from Gad in the Tribe of Judah.

The king joined the president to speak to the Kentucky State community after the assembly.
