Parking permits and ticketing

The Kentucky State University Police Department will be issuing parking permits at the police department in the William Exum Center from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Students, faculty and staff must register their vehicle online first, then bring their license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance to the window to be issued a permit. Payments must be made to the cashier’s office prior to receiving a parking permit. Student permits are $30, faculty and staff are $100. Reserved spaces are $200. Payroll deduction forms are available at the police department.
