How long have you been employed at Kentucky State? I have been working at Kentucky State University since September of 2018.

What do you enjoy most about your role? My role puts God’s work into action. I am a servant of the people, here to produce outcomes at Kentucky State University.

What has been one of your favorite moments at Kentucky State? High School Day/The Thorobred Experience has been my favorite moment so far.

The Thorobred Experience permitted me to indulge in the school spirit of Kentucky State University. In an effort to recruit potential students for Kentucky State University and the School of Nursing and Health Sciences. The experience prompted me to disseminate to others how great this University is.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working? I love to travel.  The world is enormous. I want to see as much of the world as I possibly can.

What is one thing you couldn’t live without? My two children (Jerry and Ruby-Christina Young).  They are my daily motivation.

A fun fact about me is… I have a split personality.  I can be goofy and very relaxed at times. However, when it comes to work and serving the people, I am extremely serious.  Sometimes people do not understand it. #Dr.JekyllandMr.Hyde
