The Kentucky State University Online Resource Portal provides you with access to essential resources to support the teaching and learning process.  Faculty and students have access to a variety of helpful tutorials and videos designed to make it easier to use the Blackboard Learning Management System as well as other instructional resources.  We are dedicated to providing you with training and professional learning activities through workshops, individualized assistance, or self-paced on-demand learning.

The online learning programs offered by KSU utilize a virtual classroom known as Blackboard™. Blackboard is an academic learning management system where students communicate with instructors and peers, submit assignments and participate in various Web 2.0 technologies.  While traditional campus courses utilize Blackboard as a course supplement, those courses taught online are done 100% through Blackboard.  To access Blackboard™, visit
