Payment plan arrangements must be completed by May 19, 2026, with 33% down.

A 33% down payment plus the enrollment fee is due at the time of enrollment.

The second installment payment will be due in June 2026.

The final installment payment will be due in July 2026.

Automatic payment deductions are required and will be processed every 30 days from the installation date (June–July).

Please note that failure to make scheduled payments may result in additional fees and possible class cancellation. We encourage you to enroll early to secure your courses and avoid delays.

Students needing assistance with setting up a payment plan in WIRED may review the instructions available here:

How Do I Pay My Bill?

Financial Aid for Summer Courses

Disbursement

Summer federal financial aid funds are not reviewed for disbursement until at least the business day following the last day to drop/add and receive a 100% tuition credit for the first summer term/session for which you are enrolled. Your federal aid award amount(s) will be reevaluated at the point of the disbursement review, and if it is determined an adjustment(s) is needed, your funds will be revised accordingly.

Eligibility

Most students can only receive student loans that are based on remaining eligibility from the 2025-2026 academic year. Students who are eligible for a Pell Grant during the 2025-2026 academic year may qualify for this assistance for the summer. The Office of Financial Aid will award remaining loan eligibility and a Pell Grant for any student who qualifies.

Students must be actively enrolled and registered for summer coursework.

Federal Aid

Enrollment

Undergraduate students must be enrolled for at least 6 summer credits to receive federal direct loans or a parent PLUS loan for undergraduate students. Graduate students must be enrolled in 6 credit hours to receive federal direct loans or a graduate PLUS loan*.

Summer federal aid will be awarded automatically to eligible students based on the information provided on the FAFSA.

Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)

Students applying for summer aid will be held to the academic progress policy standards. Your summer aid depends on meeting SAP or the requirements of your academic plan, if applicable. Academic progress will be measured after spring grades are posted. Grants will not post to your term bill until after SAP is reviewed. If you fail to meet academic progress or the requirements of your plan, your summer aid will be canceled.

* Financial aid may not be available by the tuition deadline. To avoid late fees or registration holds, students should be ready to pay the initial payment out of their own funds. Stay informed by regularly checking your student portal for updates regarding your financial aid status*
