Frankfort, Ky.—Kentucky State University (KSU) is disappointed that tonight’s Wale concert at the Frankfort County Convention Center did not occur. The entertainer was scheduled to perform as part of KSU’s 130th Anniversary Homecoming Concert. Kentucky State University officials spoke to the entertainer’s management, but the artist had already departed. Refunds will be issued to paid concert attendees.
