Kentucky State University faculty, staff and administration are honored to celebrate its graduates during the Spring 2018 Commencement Convocation Saturday, May 12 at the William Exum Center.

Graduates must arrive no later than 7 a.m. with their caps, gowns and commencement information card to prepare for the processional lineup. Graduates are encouraged to wear dark professional attire and black shoes. Commencement marshals will assist graduates with robing and direct the lineup. No family members or guests will be allowed in the staging area.

The procession will begin promptly at 8:45 a.m. Guests will enter through the main entrance of the William Exum Center only. Seating and parking will be limited, guests should plan to arrive early.

The Carl H. Smith Auditorium and the Little Theater in David H. Bradford Hall will serve as overflow locations. The event will also be streamed online at www.kysu.edu. Overflow parking is available in the Cabinet for Health and Family Services parking lot with shuttle services available. Golf carts are available to assist guests with limited mobility. Nurses will be available to provide medical assistance, if needed.
