The 58th annual Farm City Field Day is being held today in the Southern end of the county at the Kentucky State University Research and Demonstration Farm off Mills Lane. The farm was established in the 1980s and has been growing and changing ever since. Summer Apprenticeship Program comes to a close
The 2016 Summer Apprenticeship Program (SAP) came to a close June 25. The program, supported by externally-funded NSF and USDA grants aims to introduce rising high school students to STEM fields as well as agricultural, environmental and geo-spatial related disciplines.
