A Kentucky State University senior recently received the Joyce Dishman Owens scholarship, named for a former president of the Beta Gamma Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Growing up in a household filled with musical talent, Aaron Terrell was destined to inherit the natural gift of singing.
