Kentucky State University employees will have the opportunity to make benefit choices beginning April 30 and concluding May 17.

Open enrollment is the annual opportunity to drop or make changes to current plans or to enroll in new plans. Benefit choices made during open enrollment take effect July 1 and remain effective until June 30, 2020.

The open enrollment period begins Tuesday, April 30 with an open enrollment event in the Cooperative Extension Building (room 238). A vendor fair takes place from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Benefits presentations are scheduled for 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.

Benefits sign-up and assistance is also provided. Assistance is available May 2, May 8 and May 16 in room 509 of the Academic Services Building (ASB).

Employees must sign up by May 17 to receive coverage for 2019.
