A Kentucky State University alumna was recently featured in Kirk Franklin’s A Gospel Christmas on Lifetime. Angela Birchett portrays Stella in the movie. Birchett is no stranger to Lifetime, recently portraying Jacky Cullen Chisholm in the production of The Clark Sisters: First Ladies of Gospel. Kentucky State University recently received a grant for nearly $350,000 to help farmers improve water quality. Kentucky State University alumnus inducted into Cave City Chamber of Commerce Hall of Fame
A trailblazing Kentucky State University alumnus is scheduled to be inducted into the Cave City Chamber of Commerce Hall of Fame. According to a WCLU Radio report, William S. Dotson, a former Kentucky State Industrial College and what is now Kentucky State University graduate, is slated for induction Dec. 14. Dotson completed his degree in 1936.
