Mission
Student Health Services supports/honors the institutional Mission Statement: Kentucky State University is a public, comprehensive, historically black land-grant university committed to advancing the Commonwealth of Kentucky, enhancing society, and impacting individuals by providing quality teaching with a foundation in liberal studies, scholarly research, and public service to enable productive lives within the diverse global economy.
The cornerstone of Student Health Services' mission is to support optimal mental, emotional, and physical health of students to achieve excellence in learning.
Vision
Student Health Services, in order to support the holistic development of students, will continue to provide quality mental, emotional, and physical health care services to our students. Overall, the vision is to establish a national model for student engagement, wellness, and success.
