Kentucky State University alumnus featured in Bloomberg
A recent Kentucky State University alumnus was recently featured in a Bloomberg story about Wall Street hiring from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Kirk L. Miller, former Student Government Association president, was featured as a recent hire of Wells Fargo. Miller told Bloomberg he was preparing for a move to Charlotte and considering a career as an investment banker or wealth manager. Click here to read the full story.

Former Kentucky State University interim president released new book; The Harlan Renaissance
A former Kentucky State University interim president and director of the Center for Research on the Eradication of Educational Disparities recently published a new book about Black life in Harlan County, Kentucky.
