FRANKFORT, Ky– ESPN has announced this week that Kentucky State’s Circle City Classic football game with Central State will be broadcast nationally on ESPN3. Service Day for Incoming Freshmen will kick off from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, August 20, at two locations: Green Hill Cemetery (corner of East Main and U.S. 60) and Lakeview Skate Park, 112 Park Avenue. Freshmen, volunteers and the City of Frankfort will help to spruce up the historic cemetery, and students and other volunteers will apply a base coat at the skate park.
