A new national report is showing a slight decline in college enrollment. Statewide figures show enrollment at Kentucky’s public universities remains strong, producer Stu Johnson of Kentucky Public Radio reported. FRANKFORT — Kentucky State University (KSU) students, faculty, and staff gathered at 11 a.m. on December 10 at Walmart to participate in the annual Shop with a Cop in Frankfort. The event fosters positive relationships between children and officers. Children are selected to shop at one of the local stores to purchase gifts for members of their immediate family.
