A new national report is showing a slight decline in college enrollment.  Statewide figures show enrollment at Kentucky’s public universities remains strong, producer Stu Johnson of Kentucky Public Radio reported. FRANKFORT — Kentucky State University (KSU) students, faculty, and staff gathered at 11 a.m. on December 10 at Walmart to participate in the annual Shop with a Cop in Frankfort.
