Two Kentucky State University students were honored, and one incoming student recently received the Martin Luther King Jr. scholarship during the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration in Lexington. Kentucky State University President M. Christopher Brown II presented the university’s annual strategic agenda to the Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE) Feb. 2 in Frankfort.
