Two Kentucky State University students were honored, and one incoming student recently received the Martin Luther King Jr. scholarship during the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration in Lexington. Alaria Len Long is a Holmes High School senior from Covington with a 4.2 weighted GPA. She also holds the 800-meter dash record at her high school.
