The Kentucky State University Board of Regents will convene for its annual retreat and regular meeting Sept. 4-5. The retreat begins Wednesday, Sept. 4 at 10 a.m. at the Kentucky Castle in Lexington. Kentucky State University recently welcomed a new director of veterans and military student affairs. Dr. John C.
