Bomb threat investigation complete - all clear
Law enforcement officials have completed an investigation of the bomb threat that Kentucky State University received earlier this morning. University Police, local and state law enforcement agencies searched all campus facilities and have issued an all-clear. The shelter-in-place is lifted and it is now safe to return to campus. Due to a bomb threat made earlier this morning, Tuesday February 1, 2022, Kentucky State University is in lockdown status. The university is working with emergency personnel to evaluate the situation. In-person classes have been canceled and students are to remain in their dorm rooms until an all-clear is issued.
