FRANKFORT — Kentucky State University (KSU) is a finalist in the Home Depot Retool Your School contest, and the home improvement retailer will reveal if Frankfort’s University will win $50,000, $40,000 or $30,000 between 2:20 p.m. and 2:40 p.m. Wednesday, May 10 during a live stream.
