SUBJECT: Notice of the January 22, 2024 Faculty Senate Meeting  

The eighth called meeting of the 2023/2024 Faculty Senate will take place on Monday, January 22nd at 3:10pm in Hathaway 112 (Education Conference Room).  

As with all Faculty Senate meetings, this is an open meeting to which all members of the campus community are invited. 

The proposed agenda for the meeting is as follows:  

  1. Call to Order   
  2. Approval of Agenda [5-minute time limit] 
  3. Approval of Minutes from November 27th Faculty Senate Meeting [5-minute time limit] 
  4. Faculty Senate President Report [10-minute time limit] 
  5. As-Needed Reports (These are standing agenda items, but there may not be reports from these constituents at every meeting. Each constituent report is set at 5 minutes; however, more time can be added as needed by vote):
    •  University President Report 
    • Academic Affairs Report 
    • Faculty Regent Report 
    • Deans’ Reports 
    • Student Success Report 
  1. Senate Committee Reports
    • Academic Policy Committee report [5 minute time limit] 
    • Curriculum Committee report [10 minute time limit]
