Mathilda Koutob Naoto is an international student from Togo, West Africa, and a nursing major with a minor in Speech Communication at Kentucky State University. She proudly serves as the 2026–2027 President of the International Student and Scholar Association (ISSA), where she advocates for international students and promotes cultural diversity and inclusion through campus programming and community engagement.

Mathilda is a passionate student leader who has held several distinguished roles, including Miss International, 91st Student Government Association (SGA) Chief of Staff, Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) Yard Ambassador and Influencer, African Student Union Social Media Chair, Resident Assistant for Thorobred Hall and Kentucky Hall, Upward Bound Peer Tutor and Mentor and a Whitney M Young Honors Collegium Scholar.

Through her leadership, Mathilda has helped organize and support multicultural events, student advocacy initiatives, mentorship programs, and campus engagement activities that foster unity and celebrate diversity. She aspires to become a travel nurse and eventually a surgeon, using her passion for service, leadership, and healthcare to make a meaningful impact in communities around the world.

Basirat Oluwatosin Sodiq is a junior Nursing major from Chicago, Illinois, and proudly serves as Miss International Nigeria 2026–2027. A first-generation Nigerian American with Yoruba and Edo heritage, she is passionate about leadership, community service, and healthcare advocacy. Following graduation, she plans to pursue a career in nursing with a focus on sports medicine.

My name is Diweri Princess Ogoriba, and I am from the Giant of Africa, Nigeria. I am a junior at Kentucky State University majoring in Agriculture Business. I am passionate about agriculture, leadership, and community service, and I strive to make a positive impact both on campus and in the communities I serve.

I serve as President of the African Student Association (ASA) at Kentucky State University and am actively involved in organizations including MANRRS, the Student Government Association, the Whitney M. Young Honors.  These experiences have strengthened my leadership skills, deepened my commitment to service, and allowed me to advocate for diversity and inclusion within my campus community.

My goal is to combine my passion for agriculture, leadership, and cultural representation to create opportunities that empower others, promote sustainable agricultural practices, and leave a lasting positive impact on my community and beyond. I hope to accomplish all of this as you 2026-2027 Ms. Africa.
