Collier Higgs started playing baseball when he was just three years old and has loved the sport ever since. In fact, baseball is what led him to Kentucky State University. Kentucky State University responds to NCAA committee findings
Kentucky State University accepts responsibility for the infractions reported in the May 9, 2023, NCAA report. According to University officials, the Department of Athletics fully cooperated with the NCAA’s Enforcement Staff and resolved the violation through a negotiated resolution reviewed by the NCAA Division II Committee on Infractions.
