Mighty Marching Thorobreds to participate in national battle of the bands
Event organizers for the Pepsi National Battle of the Bands presented by Toyota recently announced the lineup for the 2022 celebration of Black college marching bands. The Kentucky State University Mighty Marching Thorobreds are one of eight Historically Black Colleges and University bands participating. Kentucky State University received $750,000 award from the USDA
The Kentucky State University Cooperative Extension Program was awarded $750,000 from the USDA to continue its work in providing training, outreach, and technical assistance to historically underserved and veteran farmers and ranchers.
