Former Kentucky State University student honored with building renaming
A former Kentucky State University student was recently honored by another institution of higher education in the Commonwealth. Margaret Munday was recently honored by Western Kentucky University, as its first African American student to enroll, by renaming Northeast Hall to Mundy Hall. Kentucky State University received $750,000 award from the USDA
The Kentucky State University Cooperative Extension Program was awarded $750,000 from the USDA to continue its work in providing training, outreach, and technical assistance to historically underserved and veteran farmers and ranchers.
