Kentucky State University to host lecture on Louis Stokes and the Kentucky – West Virginia Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation organization
Kentucky State University will host a lecture on Louis Stokes and the Kentucky – West Virginia Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (KY-WV LSAMP) organization Feb. 20 in room 115 of Carver from 11 a.m. until noon. Fara Williams, director of the KY-WV LSAMP, will be providing the lecture. Kentucky State University has released a new book detailing its illustrious 135-year history. Dr. John A. Hardin has written “The Pursuit of Excellence: Kentucky State University, 1886-2020” as part of Kentucky State’s celebration of its 135th anniversary.
