Second Annual Essence Of Culture Fair
Kentucky State University held its second annual Cultural Fair, titled “The Essence of Culture: One Community, Many Voices,” on April 17. A parade featuring a display of international flags kicked off the festivities at noon, starting at the Exum Center and ending at Bradford Hall. Two Degree Programs Approved By KSU Board
