The Kentucky State University marching band will perform during three parades as part of the Mardi Gras festivities Feb. 10-13. Kentucky State University President M. Christopher Brown II presented the university’s annual strategic agenda to the Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE) Feb. 2 in Frankfort.
