The Kentucky State University (KSU) School of Business is proud to announce the appointment of Ms. Ticki Favaroth as its Executive-in-Residence for the Fall 2025 semester. A distinguished executive, entrepreneur, and strategic advisor, Ms. Favaroth brings decades of leadership experience spanning Fortune 500 companies, global consultancies, and emerging startups to KSU, where she will mentor students and support the School’s mission of academic excellence and community impact through applied entrepreneurship.

“I am honored to join the Kentucky State University School of Business as Executive-in-Residence,” said Ms. Favaroth. “I am excited to share real-world insights, engage in meaningful dialogue, and mentor emerging leaders who are ready to shape the future. I am especially passionate about contributing to the University’s strategic goals by supporting programs that foster leadership development, innovation, and resilience.”

In this role, Ms. Favaroth will teach a three-credit MBA course titled, “Applied Entrepreneurship: Innovation, Execution, and Enterprise. She will also mentor undergraduate and graduate students, offer career and educational guidance, collaborate with faculty on research and fundraising projects, and facilitate seminars and workshops for students, faculty, and the broader community.

“Ms. Favaroth’s appointment as Executive-in-Residence reflects our ongoing commitment to preparing students for leadership in business and beyond,” said Dr. Abdul Turay, Professor of economics and Founder of the Executive-in-Residence Program at KSU. “Her wealth of knowledge and industry insights will be an invaluable resource to our students, faculty, and community partners.”
