
Kentucky State University mourns the loss of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. national president
Kentucky State University mourns the loss of Cheryl A. Hickman, national president and chair of the national board of directors of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., who recently passed away.
“President Hickman provided nearly four decades of service to Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. From local leadership to the highest national office, she was a devoted colleague, friend, and sister,” Kentucky State University Acting President Clara Ross Stamps said.
President Stamps and Kentucky State University send heartfelt condolences to the Hickman family and members of the Alpha Pi chapter of Delta Sigma Theta on campus.
“To Alpha Pi chapter president Asia Scott and all of the ladies of Alpha Pi, know that the University is here with you to honor the memory and legacy of President Hickman,” President Stamps said.
