A Kentucky State University alumnus was recently featured for his company’s partnership in the Town Branch Park construction project in Lexington.
Bishop E. Carter IV, owner of Elaine Allen, was featured on WTVQ and other media outlets for his company’s partnership with Dean Builds on the project.
According to the news story, “Town Branch Park is positioned between Oliver Lewis Way and the new Lexington Center and will bring a green oasis, active space and trail connections to the heart of downtown. From its inception, one of the most crucial elements of the privately funded project has been the focus on inclusion.”
Carter told WTVQ, ““Representation matters on every level of this project, which is why we were glad to team up with Dean Builds to bring a diverse perspective and expertise into the construction phase of this development for Lexington.”
According to the Elaine Allen website, “Elaine Allen offers clients an option to avoid long-term overhead expenses without sacrificing quality management and expertise. It has the capability to manage the entire program and construction process from pre-design through project delivery and closeout. Community outreach is a cornerstone of Elaine Allen, which encourages employees to volunteer and get involved with organizations throughout the community.”
Carter earned a bachelor’s in applied mathematics and a master’s in public administration with a focus on human resources management from Kentucky State University.
