The Kentucky State University football team will play its last home game of the season against rival Central State Saturday, Nov. 6 at 1 p.m. in Alumni Stadium.

Kentucky State beat the Marauders 20-6 in the season opener at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio in the HBCU Classic for Columbus. Kentucky State is 15-1 against Central State in their last 16 matchups. 

Central State is 1-8 overall and 0-5 in Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) play. Central State lost to Lane in a 16-14 heartbreaker in their most recent game. Kentucky State took down Lane 49-14 during its Homecoming win. The Marauders’ lone win came against Lincoln University (Pennsylvania) in Central State’s second game of the season, following their loss to Kentucky State.
