Kentucky State University student won a $10,000 scholarship at Keeneland
A Kentucky State University student recently won a $10,000 scholarship as part of College Scholarship Day at Keeneland in Lexington.
Erica McKind was one of the lucky winners to nab one of two $10,000 scholarships that day as part of the Keeneland Fall Meet.
Scholarships totaling $40,00 were available to full-time college students who participated in the day either online or in-person. Students who pre-registered were eligible to win one of 10 $2,000 scholarships provided by Keeneland and the Kentucky Thoroughbred Association.
Students who were present at Keeneland had the opportunity to win one of two $10,000 scholarships provided by Land’s End.
