Kentucky State University alumnus featured after coaching Manual High School to girls’ track and field state title


A Kentucky State University alumnus was recently featured by The News Enterprise in Elizabethtown after coaching the Manual High School girls’ track and field team to the Class 3-A state title. 

Zach Brooks, a former track and field student-athlete at Kentucky State, has coached high school track and field for seven years. Brooks has coached at Manual for the last four years. 

According to The News Enterprise, Brooks primarily ran the 400-meter hurdles and the 4x400-meter relay at Kentucky State, as well as running cross country.
