Kentucky State University alumnus hired as Ohio political director for Joe Biden

A Kentucky State University alumnus was recently hired as the statewide political director in Ohio for the Joe Biden presidential campaign.
Alan Bannister, who formerly served as the Toledo mayoral executive assistant, is no stranger to local and national politics.
Bannister, according to the Toledo Blade, held the same role as statewide political director in Ohio for the Hillary Clinton campaign in 2016. Bannister resigned as the city’s commissioner of public services to take on the new role.
