Kentucky State University to host Council on Postsecondary Education listening session

Kentucky State University is the host site for the next stop on the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE) president’s statewide listening tour.

The next listening session will be held Tuesday, May 7 from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. in David H. Bradford Hall at Kentucky State University. A media session will precede the event from 5 p.m. until 5:20 p.m.

CPE President Dr. Aaron Thompson has held a series of community listening sessions, engaging students, community and business representatives and educators about issues that impact college access, student success and workforce quality.

The public is invited to attend the session and provide feedback on how education can better serve students, the workforce and the economy. Parking will be available in the Betty White Health Center and Roy M. Chappell Community Education Center parking lots.
