Two Kentucky State University students were recently selected to participate in the 2019 National Security Analysis and Intelligence Summer Seminar (NSAISS) June and July sessions.

Graduate students Travers Brown and Brandon Story are among 66 top-performing students from 26 schools to participate in each session.

“This is an honor for Mr. Brown and Mr. Storey,” Dr. Mara Merlino, professor of psychology and sociology, said. “Admission is highly competitive. Kentucky State has had six delegates accepted in the past three years.”

The seminar will take place in Baltimore. The event will also include an intelligence community hiring event.
