The KSU chapter of the American Association of University Professors (AAUP) invites all campus stakeholders to attend the 2018 annual meeting of the Kentucky Conference of the American Association of University Professors Saturday, April 7 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. in the David H. Bradford Hall Little Theatre.

National AAUP President Rudy Fichtenbaum will provide the keynote address, “What Can College Faculty Learn from Public School Teachers in West Virginia,” and lead a lively discussion.

Following lunch, Julian Madison, chair of the national AAUP’s committee on Historically Black Colleges and Universities and scholars of color, will discuss “The HBCU Experience: How AAUP Can Help,” and participants are encouraged to bring questions and concerns about diversity issues.

Please plan to attend and bring any colleagues who are interested in joining AAUP.  All faculty are welcome, though only members may vote in the business meeting.
