Kentucky State University Board of Regents to hold special meeting on May 31
The Kentucky State University Board of Regents will convene for a Special Meeting on Wednesday, May 31, 2017. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the Julian M. Carroll Academic Services Building, Board of Regents Room – 2nd Floor.
The purpose of the meeting is for the Board of Regents to discuss conferral of degrees, staff holiday schedule, Board Meeting dates, realignment for operational effectiveness and growth, ratification of investiture resolution, and contracts and consultants fees.
The Board will go into closed session pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(f) to discuss individual personnel matters and KRS 61.810(1)(c) to discuss proposed and pending litigation. Some Regents will attend via video teleconference. The video teleconference will be located in the Julian M. Carroll Academic Services Building, Board of Regents Room – 2nd Floor, which is the main location.
