Commencement Convocation information
Due to the forecast of rain and potential thunderstorms, and as a result, oversaturated grounds, the graduation ceremony will now take place in the William Exum Center (Exum).
Doors will open at 8:00 AM. Please note that seating at Exum is on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly ask you to inform your guests about this arrangement and advise them to arrive early to secure their seats.
Once Exum is at capacity, all attendees will be directed to the overflow seating in
two (2) adjacent buildings: Cooperative Extension - Room 238 and the Julian M. Carroll
Academic Services Building Auditorium (Welcome Center).

- Friday, May 10th, 2024
- 8:00 AM - Doors open at EXUM.
- 8:30 AM - All Graduates should arrive by 8:30 AM sharp at Exum.
- 9:45 AM - Exum Center doors WILL CLOSE promptly at 9:45 AM to all guests and WILL NOT REOPEN.
