Kentucky State University defensive end Council Rudolph will be inducted into the Kentucky Pro Football Hall of Fame later this month. The Kentucky Pro Football Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place June 23-24 in Lexington. Born January 18, 1950, in Anniston, Alabama, Council graduated from Cobb Avenue High School in 1968.
