To address our university’s need to create a more diverse and inclusive campus culture, Kentucky State University has partnered with Kentucky alumna Atty. Patricia Russell-McCloud to hold two “difficult dialogue” workshops focusing on diversity and inclusion, and campus culture.

During these one-hour workshops, faculty and staff will be exposed to essential student perspectives concerning inclusion and campus culture. Participates will be challenged to explore their “inside /out” perspectives that daily shape behavior which either serves as a catalyst for betterment or an inhibitor to creating an inclusive, welcoming and collaborative environment that’s necessary to foster a high-performance organization.
