Shared Sick Leave Policy
Effective July 1, 2020, Kentucky State University has established a shared leave pool (SLP) to provide a source of additional paid sick leave for benefit-eligible employees who have exhausted all available sick and vacation leave as a result of a catastrophic illness or injury. Shared leave pool benefits are made available through voluntary donations of sick leave hours from current employees. For those who are interested in participating, please complete the shared sick leave enrollment-donation form and return it to the OHR on or before Friday, June 12, 2020.
