How long have you been employed at Kentucky State?

One year on January 13. 

What do you enjoy most about your role? 

Seeing young people thrive; I just enjoy being a part of their journey and seeing them accomplish goals and strive for making themselves better. It is very rewarding. 

What has been one of your favorite moments at Kentucky State?

The mini-homecoming, women and men’s basketball games versus Central State – it was an incredible atmosphere and the buzzer-beater to win the men’s game was crazy. It was an epic ending to a perfect day of Kentucky State basketball.

What do you enjoy doing when you're not working?

I love running, doing hair, eating really good food, and community service. 

What is one thing you couldn't live without?

The sunshine

A fun fact about me is…

My favorite food is popcorn and I have a theater popcorn machine at home so that I can have it, any time I want.
